Started in Chiang Rai when a friend needed a conference room and couldn't find anything suitable. That frustration became our business model, and honestly, we're still surprised how complicated venue selection was before we simplified it.
How We Actually Got Started
Back in early 2018, we were helping organize a tech conference. Needed a space for about 80 people in Chiang Rai. Sounds simple, right? Took us three weeks of calling around, viewing places that looked nothing like their photos, and dealing with unclear pricing.
That experience stuck with us. We kept thinking there had to be a better system. So we started talking to venue owners in the area. Built relationships. Started keeping detailed notes about what each space was actually like, not just what they claimed in marketing materials.
By mid-2019, we'd become the go-to resource for anyone planning events in northern Thailand. Word spread through business networks, and suddenly we were handling requests from Bangkok, even some international companies looking for retreat locations.
What Makes Our Process Different
We Visit Every Space
No listing gets added to our system without a site visit. We check acoustics, natural light, parking logistics, Wi-Fi speed in different areas. Things photos never show you but matter during actual events.
Real Capacity Numbers
When a venue says it fits 100 people, we figure out what that actually means. Theater style? With tables? Room for catering setup? We've seen too many events feel cramped because someone inflated numbers.
Honest Limitation Disclosure
Every space has quirks. Maybe the air conditioning struggles on hot afternoons, or there's construction noise until 4pm. We tell you upfront instead of letting you discover problems during your event.

2020: Expanded Regional Coverage
Added 40 venues across northern Thailand. COVID forced us to get really good at virtual tours and detailed documentation. That capability became permanent and improved our service quality.
2023: National Network
Now working with 150 venues throughout Thailand. Built custom software to track availability, pricing changes, and venue updates in real time. Our clients get information faster than most venue websites update their own listings.
2025: What's Next
Working on predictive availability tools based on seven years of booking patterns. We're seeing trends in seasonal demand that help clients plan smarter. Also developing better sustainability ratings for venues, since more clients care about environmental impact.
